GM Developments

GM Developments is a leading property developer focusing on creating modern coastal living spaces in the South Wales area. They develop small residential sites which are designed to complement the environment in which they are set. Picmo regularly produces architectural visualisations for the firm in the early part of the planning process along with high resolution prints and animated fly-throughs for marketing at the later stages. The CG images for the property shown here were used in the printed brochure we also designed.
