The UCL Eastman Dental Institute is recognised internationally as one of the leading centres of research and postgraduate education in the field of oral health care. Picmo worked with the London based dental school to produce an animated video course to assist students with their clinical photographic skills. With a virtual model loosely based on a modern Canon DSLR, the course covers the fundamentals of operating camera equipment to capture the necessary macro information. From choosing the right lens and attaching a ring flash to adjusting exposure and fine tuning in-camera settings, we created a set of in-depth tutorials to cover all the essentials.
